Project Communications Consultant

General Position Description:
Elliott Management LLC seeks a qualified and highly motivated candidate to provide Project Communications Consulting support services. The position will be located in Dallas, TX. This position may require local travel within the surrounding areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position is Contingent Upon Award.
The Project Communications Consultant candidate shall demonstrate the following experience:
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, including closures of facilities and major improvement projects
- Developing Traffic Advisories, including detour maps, for maintenance or transportation projects
- Attend necessary construction meetings for assigned road construction projects
- Provide detailed reports/recaps of all attended meetings
- Attend weekly coordination meetings
- Updating and maintaining lists of upcoming construction work and construction project milestones
- Be an expert in PowerPoint presentations
- Creating and updating project talking points
- Contracting and managing sub-consultant
- Producing and updating reports detailing major construction projects
- Providing high-level status reports for construction work in the region
- Maintaining and updating templates for project Emergency Communication plans
- Maintaining and updating templates for NAOPH documents
- Updating and maintaining maps for road construction and maintenance projects
Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with the construction industry
- Must be knowledgeable of the Toll industry
- Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in communications
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive across the DFW Metroplex
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is desired
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
